I had sore muscles in my upper left leg that was quite painful when lying down. I had read that boron could help this... so about 6 months ago i started taking 2 mg/3x day - in a few weeks the pain went away and I still take it - no pain and it had been going on for a year+ - now I see more reasons to take it.
