Elon Musk has blocked my Twitter Account

I cannot send tweets, the message says you have exceeded limit of 2400 per day when i have sent less than two dozen tweets most of them replies to people, and my messaging has been blocked and disabled with zero messages sent today. This after I called out SpaceX for helping the Pentagon’s weapons programs like HAARP. This is the new censorship, much more hypocritical than the old.
