When used as indicated, these supplements, per published medical research ( research will be made available as pdf booklet when compiled) can lower both systolic and diastolic bp, bring it back to normal range, improve blood flow and blood vessel elasticity and strengthen the heart, they will also take you off your bp meds if you take them. Research all interactions with pharmaceuticals yourself.

1. Olive leaf 400 mg every 12 hours
2. Policosanol 20 mg
3. Pomegranate extract 400 mg
4. Resveratrol 100 mg Pterostilbene 50 mg
5. L- Citrulline 750 mg with Lysine 250 mg
6. Quercetin 250 mg Rutin 250 mg Vitamin C with bioflavonoids 500 mg, and coq10 100 mg
7. Whey, half scoop in milk or water

9. Pine Bark 50 mg
10. Amla 500 mg
11. Ashwagandha 125 mg
12. Hibiscus flower 250 mg
13. Celery seed 250 mg
14. Beet root 250 mg
15. Triple Magnesium 144-250 mg elemental.
Sunday no supplements other than olive leaf 400mg. Three week protocol, upon need thereafter, monitor BP to adjust dosage accordingly.
Thank you for this! I sorely need it. I do have a question though. On line 6, are we taking just one of the 4 supplements indicated or do we take all 4?
When you have an item like #4, 5, 6 on the MWF schedule, is that a particular supplement that has all the ingredients listed in it? Is there a particular source/brand you might recommend? Thank you for ALL the info you provide!!!
