Please note: Resveratrol bioavailability can be enhanced via bioperine 10 mg taken 5-10 minutes before. Add pterostilbene that is structurally similar as well. Also Quercetin should be taken half an hour after Turmeric to downgrade pirin that breaks it down, use with c+ sunflower lecithin. Rest is same.
