What they list is much higher than my suggestion of minimum listed dosage on supp bottle x2, or 500 mg every 12 hours during illness 7-10 days. If concerned about potassium eat a couple of bananas with it, if concerned about bp, use it with 500 mg olive leaf. However, these are my preferences only, do your own research with your own condition.
Glycyrrhiza is incredibly useful, but just a word of caution. In moderate to high doses it can raise blood pressure. If someone with hypertension wants to take it then they need to monitor their blood pressure.
