What is going to happen in November-December this year

Those who read emergent signs of media and political economy ( as I do) were able to call the covid farce in March of 2020, even before. Now signs are emerging of new activity by the Pentagon's endless war machine and it's endless pandemic. They are saying covid cases are going up and masking and boosters are returning. I believe lockdowns will too with a more draconian enforcement including police checkpoints, violent arrests and home invasions, and of course vaccine mandates.

However, this is not about covid or a covid variant, nobody buys that anymore and nobody will take their booster except a very small proportion of the population forced or compelled in some way or the other to take it. This is problematic for them and they know it, endless pandemic for endless loot,control and economic restructuring cannot be sustained with covid, they know this, variant or not. So what is it that they are planning, it is very simple, maximum shock to usher in a military-like state with restrictions on movement, vaccine mandates and curfews. This is how they are going to do it, similar to how they introduced covid: They will introduce Marburg or some gof hemorrhagic fever through the new boosters and then when cases start, they will implement what they want to implement.
