for a few months every morning when i woke up with something like stuck on the throat and one nose blocked(some days and it gets fine after a while),but the uncomfortable feeling on the throat remained for long, somehow i felt that during the night there is some build-up of mucus (something like extra mucus hiding somewhere in lungs and it comes out throughout the day occasionally)ad thats causing the morning throat discomfort, finally i settled on late night 500mg NAC +500mg Bromelain to test ,and voila!! it solved the problem, now i take that every night before bed.. We nust listen to our body ,it tells us if something is not right.....
