I totally think swimming the the ocean is healing. I don't know why but I have always felt this way. I think we intuitively know things but the system/society causes self doubt.
I started doing that during those long and pointless lockdowns. I always feel a tingly sensation in my lower legs and feel much better and more relaxed afterwards. I don't know how much of that is due to the physiological effects or just due to the mental benefits of being outside and being mindful for a little bit

I walk on the beach a few times a week but I don't do any grounding on other days. Need to fix that.
