I’ve been using that for well over 20 years as an immunotonic! I’ve read too it’s an adaptogen as well. I liked Janet “Zand” formulations but she did sell the company and for a while it wasn’t available but now it is, it tastes like it’s the same formulation. My daughter in 2020 thought she might have caught covid, and I sent her some, but it didn’t agree with her system, but she has autoimmune issues, so who knows. I’ve read that tumeric in those who have autoimmune conditions may cause issues, so I’m not totally sure why she had issues with Astragulus, but I absolutely love it!
