With all that being said, just as the State of Israel does not represent the Jews of the world or even all Jews living in Israel, Hamas in no way represents the Palestinians of the world or those living in Gaza. So I'm not sure what you're point is.
The PEOPLE of Gaza (not Hamas), who don't have a military or sovereign government like Israel does, are suffering. They are starving. They are expiring from easily treatable afflictions. They do not have basic medical facilities, grocery stores, or water treatment facilities because those service centers were purposely (and purposefully) targeted by the State of Israel.
Should the people of the US be starved and deprived of their basic freedoms and provisions because of the continuous terrorism the US government has inflicted on so much of the world? Should the people of Israel have the same inflicted on them for all the terrorism the State of Israel has inflicted on the world?
