Boron is essential for artritis and joint pain. 15 mg daily is needed results in 4 days to two weeks. I mix borax 1 teaspoon in 700 ml water with 1 tsp vitamin C for flavor and preservation . Take 20 ml daily very cheap if you can get borax (banned in most countries ) .
I am starting to try this protocol to see if it helps with my chronic low back and hip pain. Of course I am not looking for medical advice here.. but was trying to learn about White Willow Bark and side effects and the websites I reviewed made it sound just as bad as aspirin or ibuprofen. Assuming that it is taken with plenty of water and with food, I tend to think it can't be as harmful as aspirin or NSAIDs on the stomach.
Add boron 3mg/day to this, for two weeks, based on need thereafter.
Add nac to this 600 mg 3 days a week and multivitamin and mineral supplement
Add Bromelain 500 mg to mwf schedule

Magnesium is essential for everything.
20mg of Boron daily cures 80% of arthritis.
Unfortunately tablets are only available in 3mg.
