OMG!

Too complex there Dr.!

A) 1 capful Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother)

In drinking water whenever one refills the water.

B) Peppermint, Clove tincture spray. Spray the pooches before going outside. Keep the bottle by the door...

C) Bath twice a month (in summer) with Organic Peppermint/clove shampoo.

Very inexpensive. Been effective with all my dogs for over 25 years.

Vet suggested, vet approved.

Pooch approved!!!

My dog goes outside 6 times a day. Spraying him down each time would drive me nuts.

I add 1/2 tsp to a teaspoon of garlic powder to (1) can of food and mix with a 1/4 cup of water. They get a portion of it twice a day with their dry food. Brewers yeast and garlic works too. Have done this for years and no fleas, no heart worms. I find that the more garlic I eat or take in supplement form, the more it keeps the mosquitoes away from me too. 😉

Well, it's all about routine, one doesn't have to do it every darn time... if you have to get up to open a door it takes a second to hit the pup with the spray.

Mine is an ugly door stop but hey...

My first dogs live for 20 and 18 years so I only speak to assist those who want to do....
