Can you do a piece on lowering blood pressure, through supplements or other means? My doc said my blood pressure is waaay too high.

You might be fine if it's not far from what they deem "normal" is.

They kept lowering what normal is to sell drugs.

Same with cholesterol and BMI.

I concur with Rob's comment below, my BP has been floating around 130-140 over 80-90 ever since I was 17 yrs old. The doc said it was a "little high" for my age, but nothing to worry about. Years ago I was told that I should be treating that "dangerously high" blood pressure - a little digging showed that the pharmas had lobbied to have "normal" blood pressure so low that less than 50% of population were normal. Interesting definition of normal, to say the least. I'm almost 60 now and my BP is still the same, I never took statins or any meds for it; and I still drink, smoke, and indulge in most everything. Oh yeah, also, for nourishment I mostly eat a carnivore diet, and l imbibe generously most days. Personally I doubt that I would still be here if I had been taking statins for over 40 years!
