Lithium Ototate, Quercetin, Rosemary, Huperzine A, Pterostilbene and Resverstrol, Phosphatidylserine, NAC, glycine, Taurine, Acetyl L. Carnitine, Vinpocetine, Gingko and Olive leaf extract.

Your skills in selecting relevant studies and highlighting important conclusions is very impressive. We all have older relatives which could benefit from using quercitin. Up until last year I didn't even know that quercitine existed, now I am convinced that this is a vital nutrient so we also started adding chopped red onion in salads to get more quercitin on a weekly basis.

I canceled all the low value subscriptions like TV and netflix and I will gladly redirect these small amounts to independent research which suits my interests.

Is this much Quercetin ok for breastfeeding women? Does your Covid protocol have any updates for breastfeeding women?

uercetin is found in food , so it is likely safe, but you have to do your own research into amounts.
