I'm revising all protocols to include no more than 8-9 supplements max, pick the best 8-9 from current protocols in the meanwhile. Too many supplements are impractical and unmanageable but can be rotated in if desired later.
I take olive leaf extract as well as a few of your other suggested supplements but I just wanted to let you know that if I skip a day of olive leaf extract I can barely hold my head up so it's essential I continue it. If you have any comment to that or suggestion I'm open? I know you suggested intermittent usage but it is really key for long covid.
Thank you. I currently take taurine and nac (and many other supplements spaced out throughout the day) but will add the other 2 suggestions. Taurine has been so effective in reducing the bizarre anxiety that came with covid/long covid. I have encouraged other ppl to incorporate it as well. Thank you.

look into nac+glycine+ caprylic acid+ l carnitine+taurine
