I have this horrible itch on my left arm. It's only on my elbow area and it only itches in the evening. There is no rash but the itch is horrible. I've tried everything to get rid of it.
I have quit supplement, quit gluten, soy and corn. It makes no difference what I eat.
I already take Quercetin, NAC, C, D3 with K2- but not olive leaf. I may try that. I am also going to do some sort of cleanse - not sure what kind - have any ideas?
What kind of magnet? Does it need to be any type of strength?
I started itching a couple of years ago. Real bad. It turns out it was coffee. Last thing I suspected because I have been drinking coffee all my life.
I quit the coffee and in about three days I stopped itching. Waited 2 weeks and started drinking it again. Started itching again, real bad, and breaking out in little welps.
Quit again. In a couple of days the itching stopped again. Have no idea why I am now allergic to coffee but I am.
Thanks. I have gone for a year or two with out coffee before. I just have to wean myself. I found this lovely recipe for "Coffee tea" that I might make. Here is the recipe if you would like to try it - Im totally into natural and holistic alternatives to living life, so this website is an awesome find! ps - your name is awesome! lol
Dr. Grouf can you do a post on how you organize and store your supplements? I have accumulated quite the stash and I am overwhelmed. I was thinking of doing it alphabetically. I started out grouping by protocol in separate bins with the protocol printed out and placed in the bin. But this results in needing multiples of the same supplements and I worry about expiration dates. Please help!
I taped a neomydium magnet to my knee day before yesterday. When I woke up and got on my feet in the morning it hurt less.
Same here for shoulder pain and plantars fasciitis

Ill try stopping the coffee. I drink an organic, fair trade coffee. Ill have to stop slowly because the headaches are horrid if you stop cold turkey!
Thanks!
I have used caffeine pills in the past when I have not had coffee. Some are made from green tea I think.
