Or a “rare undetected heart condition”. What surprises me is that this has not yet happened before. There have been many similar events during soccer games caught on video but not in the NFL, to my limited knowledge.
You went a little off the reservation with this theory. He's definitely alive...and looking well somehow. It never made sense to fake anything, as if he had died there is absolutely no way the higher ups would have let it be blamed on the jab. Much easier to convince people something else caused his death, rather than fake his reincarnation. But I have to admit I was a little uncertain for a while also.
