Go to bed with wet hair to stay cool overnight. Or use anytime:). Can also put cool packs on major arteries, like under the armpits and on both sides of the groin area.

YES. My mom taught me to run my under-wrists beneath the faucet, hot in winter and cold in summer (back before eco-commies perverted the public discourse).

My family is from the Deep South-this is something my great grandmother taught to sleep better in summer: have a fan on at night in the bedroom, generously dampen the sheets (she used linen sheets because they are more loosely woven & air circulates through the holes- they last forever if you line dry) and repeat as needed.

Build a solar cooker + hay box + solar dryer.

Fun and cheap to make, free cooking outside, cool kitchen.
